To ease the burden of motorcyclists, the Federal Territories (FT) Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth wing announced that they will be giving free petrol at every parliamentary constituency in the Federal Territories every month beginning April this year.

According to the wing’s chief, Datuk Mohd Razlan Mohammad Rafii, “We will give to all regardless of their background and political standing. We understand that quite a number of motorcyclists are underprivileged and the government is concerned over its people.”

He said the wing had targeted 117,000 motorcyclists at 13 constituencies to enjoy the free petrol programme every month for a year.

Mohd Razlan told this to reporters at the ‘Free Petrol Top Up for Motorcycle’ programme organised by FT MyPPP Youth Movement yesterday night where around 600 riders of 150cc motorcycles and below received free petrol at a station in Taman Seri Rampai.

He also said that further details of the free petrol programme will be announced soon.
