KUALA LUMPUR: Fuel prices of RON95 and RON97 petrol for September will go down by five sen per litre, effective 01-Sep-16. Petroleum Dealers Association of Malaysia deputy president Datuk Zulkifli Mokti said RON95 petrol will retail at RM1.70 per litre, while RON97 will be priced at RM2.05 per litre. The price of diesel however remains unchanged at RM1.70 per litre. The government had on Dec 2014 decided to impose a managed float system to determine the prices of fuel, following the removal of fuel subsidies.
