• Prepare bank draft on behalf of bidder
• Authorisation to bid on behalf of bidder

Post-Auction

• Collect Contract of Sale on behalf, send to you by hand
• Arrange panel lawyer experienced in auction sales for transfer of property
• Arrange banker for property financing/loan
• Minor to major repair of property
• Renovation of property
